All ADE input is led by its Director Anthony Everitt. Anthony draws in bespoke expertise from a wide and trusted associate network.
ADE has an excellent breadth of trusted associates and partner companies.
This allows it to bring together bespoke teams to meet the specific needs of projects. Being a smaller firm it has no ties that prevents it bringing together the right team for the right project.
The network covers some of the largest property firms in the UK as well as specialist niche practices. ADE draws from
a pool of partners covering: urban design and architecture, cost consultants, development surveyors, property agents, legal advisors, building contractors, property developers, business support providers, town planners, tax advisors and sector specialists.
Director – Anthony Everitt
ADE Regeneration is headed by its director Anthony Everitt. Anthony has over 14 years’ experience of successfully delivering regeneration projects and comes from an academic background covering economics and urban regeneration.
Anthony has a BSc (Hons) degree in economics and an MSc in Urban Regeneration and qualified as a Prince II project management practitioner whilst working at KPMG
Anthony began his career training as a graduate economist at KPMG. Anthony became one of KPMG’s leading advisors in the field of economic development and regeneration, servicing public sector clients in local, regional and central government.
Anthony has worked for two niche regeneration consultancies (Eye, Urban Delivery) where he has delivered nationally significant and smaller scale local regeneration projects for both private and public sector clients.
He worked for two Local Authorities (Nottingham City Council, Arun District Council) in positions overseeing economic development and regeneration projects.
Anthony has a strong knowledge of the regeneration sector and national and international best practice. He has strong analytical and financial modelling skills and is able to draw together multi-disciplinary teams to see projects delivered.
Jenny Everitt – Director of ADE Regen
Jenny is a chartered accountant having trained and worked at Arthur Andersen and KPMG with almost twenty years post qualification experience in senior finance roles within the education sector. Jenny brings a strong background in finance and assurance to the team having worked across audit and assurance; financial control; management reporting; technical accounting; restructuring and process re-engineering; developing business cases; and leading finance projects.
Bruce Nairne – Associate
Bruce has over 20 years’ experience of successfully undertaking insightful economic and social research, developing strategies, and securing funding on behalf of public, private and third sector organisations. He originally trained as a careers adviser before working in local economic economic development and policy & research departments.
He has developed economic and employment and skills strategies, undertaken project and programme evaluations of national and regional government programmes; undertaken socio-economic impact assessments to inform the design of major developments; developed Green Book compliant Five Case Model Business Cases to secure millions of pounds of central government funding for physical regeneration projects; undertaken local authority service reviews; and worked as an economic appraiser on behalf the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
He combines a strong knowledge of local economic development policy with a detailed understanding and analysis of datasets and an accessible style of writing, which he adapts to the needs of different audiences. Bruce was previously a Director at Step Ahead Research and he has run his own consultancy since 2012, working closely with a range of other agencies to deliver bespoke solutions that meet client needs.
He is a member of the Institute of Economic Development, he holds a BA (Hons.) in Social Policy and Postgraduate Diplomas in Research & Consultancy and Vocational Guidance. projects.
The Collective
ADE has a collaborative partnership with three niche practices that complement ADE’s own experience and skills. This allows ADE to instantly access a wider skillset, bring in peer reviews as required and increase the ADE capacity to meet client requirements.
Zoe Appleton – Director of Zoe Appleton Consulting
Zoe is an economic and regeneration consultant with over 20 years’ experience across some of the UK’s market leading practices. At KPMG Zoe led economic development work for the Regional Development Agencies, and subsequently focused on public sector reform and social care transformation. Prior to KPMG she was a senior consultant at DTZ Pieda Consulting (now Cushman Wakefield) specializing in regeneration, housing and economic development, and a research manager at Ecotec (now ECORYS) designing and evaluating economic and social policy. She has worked with several of the main Government Departments and Agencies, including MHCLG, DfE, Home Office, and the NHS. Other clients include CCGs, RDAs, LEPs, metropolitan local authorities, combined authorities and police forces.
Rob Bailey – Director of RJB Consulting
Rob Bailey has been a sport, leisure, and visitor economy management consultant for 24 years. Since 1994, he has worked with clients from across the private, public and voluntary sectors to optimise the financial and economic benefits generated from investments and developments. He specialises in market and financial feasibility studies, business planning, and commercial appraisals. Rob has worked across the UK, throughout Continental Europe, and further afield, including India and Brazil. He has his own consultancy company (‘RJB Consulting’). Prior to this, Rob was co-founder and Director of Five Lines Consulting, a Director at KPMG, a Senior Associate at Economics Research Associates, and a Senior Manager at Deloitte. He has a variety of sport / leisure industry qualifications, including a PhD and MA.
Gareth Robert – Director of Via Analytics
Gareth is a Chartered Accountant who has previously worked at Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Tribal Group plc. He specialises in scheme viability analysis, financial modelling and raising capital project finance for clients including property developers, institutional investors, Central Government, LEPs, Registered Providers and Local Authorities. He has worked extensively for Regional Development Agencies, Local Authorities and Private Sector developers.
